Who is responsible

The data controller is Maciej Koziński. Privacy questions and requests concerning personal data can be sent to maciek@macieqa.pro.

Contact form

The form collects an email address and message, as well as a name if provided. An email address and message are necessary to receive a reply; providing a name is optional. Please do not include sensitive personal data or payment card details.

This information is used to handle professional enquiries and related correspondence. Processing is based on the controller's legitimate interest in responding to messages (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). When correspondence concerns a potential agreement at your request, taking steps before entering into a contract may also provide a legal basis (Article 6(1)(b)). Messages are not used to send a newsletter.

Who receives the data

The form uses FormSubmit to deliver messages and provide spam protection, which may include Google reCAPTCHA. Messages arrive in a Google-hosted email inbox. A separate OVHcloud mailbox is used for privacy requests. The website's hosting provider, OpenAI (ChatGPT Sites), may process technical data needed to operate the site.

Use of these services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Questions about transfers and safeguards can be sent to the email address above.

Retention

Contact-form correspondence is kept for up to six months after the conversation ends, unless longer retention is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a specific legal claim. FormSubmit states that submissions remain in its archive for 30 days. Providers retain technical data according to their own policies.

Technical data and browser storage

When someone visits the site, the hosting provider may process technical data, such as an IP address and request details, to deliver and secure the site. A browser session flag records that the opening animation has been viewed, so it does not replay when switching languages. The flag normally disappears when the browser tab is closed. No advertising or analytics tools are enabled on this site. After the form is submitted, FormSubmit and its reCAPTCHA protection may use their own browser technologies.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or erasure, or restriction of processing. You may object to processing based on the controller's legitimate interest and, where applicable, request data portability. Send requests to maciek@macieqa.pro. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). No decisions concerning people who contact the site are made solely by automated means.
